FEE: The cost of this meeting is $35.00 for members, $45.00 for non-members, and $20.00 for government employees , retirees, and unemployed members.$10.00 for full time students if a reservation is made.
RESERVATIONS: Reservations are therefore ESSENTIAL!! Please register on-line, fax, e-mail or mail Jeff Smithline no later than Friday, June 11. On-line reservations are preferred. If a reservation is made and you are unable to attend, you MUST fax or e-mail Jeff Smithline a “withdrawal” notice within 48 hours of meeting to cancel. FAILURE to do so will require FULL PAYMENT. Phone reservations and/or cancellations will not be accepted.
